From a detailed analysis of the "Top Ten Risk Factors for Breast Cancer," both innate and acquired, to an introduction of methods and services for examining breast health, this book balances everyday cases with professional knowledge. It aims to debunk common myths about breast cancer and raise awareness about breast health. By taking proactive measures in diet, lifestyle, and daily habits, it seeks to prevent the occurrence of tumors and most effectively reduce the threat of breast cancer.
