Please specify your choice in the order notes. If no note is left, the tag will be blank. ● Leather Tag Colors: Available in 8 colors. Please remember to note your selection. Dimensions/ Approximately 11cm Hardware/ Includes one gate clasp and one crab claw clasp. If one type is out of stock, both will be made with the same type of clasp without prior notification. The retractable pull cord extends approximately 25-30cm. Please avoid pulling forcefully after it reaches its maximum length to prevent damage to the mechanism, which could prevent the cord from retracting. Rapid, repeated pulling is also not advised. Damage caused by misuse is not covered. Important Notes/ ● Orders are crafted upon payment confirmation and typically require 3 business days for production (excluding weekends). ● Each item is handmade, so minor variations and signs of craftsmanship are to be expected. No two pieces will be exactly alike, even within the same design. ● Leather is a natural material, and each piece will have unique characteristics. Variations in color, natural markings, slight imperfections, or unevenness are inherent to leather and not considered defects. ● Vegetable-tanned leather will deepen in color and soften with use and exposure to sunlight. ● If the leather gets wet, it may cause color transfer, water spots, or deformation. Please wipe it dry promptly and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. ● Avoid storing leather goods in damp environments to prevent mold. ● While hand-dyed leather is treated with a fixing agent, some color transfer may occur upon contact with water or friction. ● Colors may vary slightly on different phone and computer screens; please refer to the actual product for accurate color representation. ● As these items are custom-made, they fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods*" and are therefore not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
