If the number of letters needed exceeds the available options, please contact the designer first for confirmation. As this is a customized product, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production is complete. | Product Specifications | Material: Imported French DMC embroidery thread | Product Guidelines | ✄ Embroidery size is limited to uppercase letters not exceeding 2 cm in height. The letter count includes all English letters, numbers, and punctuation marks. ✄ Special symbols (such as hearts, leaves, small flowers, etc.) count as two letters, depending on their complexity. ✄ You may choose your own color or have the designer select one. When choosing your own color, it is recommended to specify only the hue (e.g., red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, gray, cream). The shade and details will be adjusted by the designer based on the overall aesthetic. ✄ Font size and placement will be determined by the designer in relation to the overall proportions of the product.
