Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not flaws. Minor dents or scratches from processing, transport, or crafting are also considered normal if they do not compromise the integrity of the leather. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as leather ages and with different usage habits, it will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather item uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather batches may vary in color due to different production runs or storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the grain and how it takes dye can differ. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **custom-ordered product**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of ordering, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have the stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
