Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique marks and imprints from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor dents or scratches may also occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major imperfections. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, slowly revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, color differences can occur between different batches, or due to varying storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is a **"made-to-order custom item."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
