3. The postponement needs to be notified at least 1 day before the event day. The postponement is free but only once. After the postponement, no extension or cancellation will be accepted. Cancellation and postponement will not be accepted on the day of the event, and there will be no refund
4. The return time of the experience dress should be returned before 17:00. If the return is overtime, NTD$300/piece will be charged
5. If the dress is inspected by the waiter and found to be damaged when returning the dress, it shall be compensated according to the price
6. If you have a special size, please inform us first to confirm whether there is a dress style that can be tried
7. In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, Pinkoi will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
