I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the event day, and no refunds will be issued.
▼ If you choose to withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizers, no refund will be provided.
▼ In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Other Event Changes:
▼ Changes to the date or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). This change is limited to one instance.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or event, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or event has been changed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
▼ Changes to the date or other events are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the event day.
