Sakura Shrimp is folded into the puff pastry for the first baking. Then the salted egg yolk paste is spread and more Sakura Shrimp sprinkled for the second bake. After baking, the Sakura Shrimp's aroma is richer, the umami pops out and the texture is very crunchy, making it a good combination with the sweet crispy palmier, and the flavours are rounded off with creamy salted egg yolk. **New Flavour · Golden Pork Floss** Different from our current Pork Floss Palmier, the palmier is layered with a spread of salted egg yolk paste and pork floss on top for second bake.
