● Placing an order does not guarantee course confirmation. Registration is successful only upon receiving our confirmation notice.
Registration Process
1. Order / Registration
* Limited spots are available, and all classes are by reservation only. Please place your order on Pinkoi to reserve your spot (reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance).
* Within 3 days of your order, our staff will contact you to confirm your reservation details. If you do not receive a reply, please send an email to our staff to notify us. Please check your Pinkoi messages or call us at (02) 2552-8081.
2. Class Confirmation
〇 Our staff will notify you of class confirmation 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
✖ If the class slot is full or the class is not scheduled, alternative dates will be communicated.
3. Attending the Class
* Admission begins 5 minutes before the class starts. Please check in on the 1st floor.
* To ensure a smooth class flow, please avoid being late. Arrivals more than 30 minutes past the start time will not be permitted entry, and no refunds or make-up classes will be offered.
* While the course allows for the creation of 2 small dishes, it is for one person only. Two individuals cannot share a single course.
* For ease of handling, please trim your fingernails before class to prevent clay from getting stuck.
* Students with long hair are encouraged to tie it up before the class for convenience.
* To protect the rights of registered participants and maintain class quality, all attendees must be registered for the course. Companions not participating in the experience are not permitted entry (children under 6 are an exception, limited to 1 accompanying parent).
* Participants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and equipment. Any damages incurred will be charged at the full repair or replacement cost.
* During classes, organizers may take photos or videos for documentation and potential future use in social media or website promotions. Photos or videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
4. Firing Process
* [Process handled by the instructor after class]: Correction → Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing → Final Inspection. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks.
* Clay and glazes are natural materials. Variations in glaze color and shape may occur due to high-temperature firing. Pores, glaze drips, bumps, or minor cracks are normal phenomena; your understanding is appreciated.
5. Artwork Collection
1 Mailing:
* Shipping cost per piece is NT$180. If multiple pieces are sent to the same address, an additional NT$80 will be charged per extra piece. Shipping fees are payable in cash on the day of the class. We ensure that items are checked and securely packaged before shipping (utilizing some recycled packaging to contribute to environmental efforts). However, we do not assume responsibility for damage incurred during transit due to multiple transfers or rough handling. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping.
**※ Shipping costs for outlying islands and international destinations are calculated separately and payable upon receipt or in advance on the day of the class.**
2 In-Person Collection:
* Due to limited space, please collect your artwork from the studio within 2 months of notification. We will not provide individual reminders after this period, and unclaimed pieces will be cleared from the shelves.
* Once you have been notified of your artwork's readiness for collection, we are no longer responsible for its safekeeping (e.g., breakage due to an earthquake) during the period before you pick it up. Please collect your work as soon as possible.
● Rescheduling / Refund Policy
* In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
* In case of typhoons, the class cancellation and refund policy will be based on the work suspension announcements for Taipei City and your location.
* If you wish to cancel your class, please notify our staff by phone or email in advance to allow us to manage seating arrangements. Cancellations made within 5 working days before the class date (including the class date itself) are not eligible for a full refund; a 70% refund will be issued, with 30% retained for administrative processing.
