Initially, I was solely focused on quickly creating the "dream version," but encountered a series of setbacks and whimsical ideas along the way, almost leading the artisans to strike. Later, I tried to calm myself, to reflect, and to first complete the "reality version" of the skirt, before regaining some sense and confidence. No.116 is a creation born from repeated self-doubt and reconstruction. In creation, there's often an unconscious tendency to pursue the idealized "dream version"—free, unrestrained, with a touch of impractical romance. But this time, the process constantly pushed me to confront reality: the limitations of the fabric, the proportions of the body, the feasibility of the craftsmanship. And it was within this tension that a new balance was finally found—without sacrificing the shape of the dream, nor ignoring the weight of reality.
