**►Respect Originality: Course materials and finished works are for personal learning and use only. Please do not use them for commercial purposes!**
*You may take photos for personal record during the class, **but please do not record videos**.
*Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**.
►Cancellation and Refunds
*Cancellations notified **15 days before** the class date will receive a **full refund**.
*Cancellations notified **10-14 days before** the class date will receive a **70% refund**.
*Cancellations notified **7-10 days before** the class date will receive a **30% refund**.
*Cancellations notified **within 7 days before** the class date are **non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled**. VIVI will complete the work for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven piece.
►Notes
*To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment and confirmation.
*Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders that are not paid by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class, will be automatically cancelled without notice**. Ex: For a class on 4/5, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on 4/3.
*If the minimum participant number is not met **three days before the event start date**, the design studio reserves the right to cancel the session or adjust the venue, and will notify participants to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**.
*To ensure the smooth running of the experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and are non-refundable**. VIVI will complete the work for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven piece.
*As understanding and hand speed vary among individuals, we recommend **reserving 0.5 hours after the class and avoiding urgent appointments**.
►Other
*In case of natural disasters or force majeure events leading to class cancellation, the design studio will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation and refund standards will be based on the official announcements of the event location, regardless of the participant's location.
*Photos and videos may be taken during the class, which may include your likeness and could be used for event records or other promotional purposes. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements.
*Please adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
*If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to the design studio, **no refund will be issued**.
*In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors**.
*Material colors may vary due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor settings.
*To be eco-friendly, **please bring your own reusable bag**.
**►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
