Failure to pick up an order without cause will be treated as malicious order abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work sharing: Photos of finished products may be publicly shared on platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your item to be shared, please inform us in advance. Silence implies consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made products fall under "Exceptional Product Categories*" and are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color discrepancies: Minor color differences between product photos and the actual physical item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7.
