If we don't receive your message, the designer will make the selection for you. ・**We typically pair your chosen color palette with 1-2 additional colors.** These are usually white or similar shades (e.g., red may be paired with reddish-brown/orange-yellow, purple with reddish-purple/blue, pink with white/beige), along with greenery. ・If you desire a monochromatic bouquet (e.g., all red/all white/all green), or have specific design requests (e.g., contrasting colors, bold contrasts, or a vibrant mix without a single dominant color), please note it in your order or message us to discuss. **| Bouquet Sizes |** (Including packaging) S: W20 × H20 cm M: W25 × H25 cm L: W35 × H35 cm XL: W45 × H45 cm *Bouquet sizes may vary slightly based on the occasion, flower shapes, and available materials, subject to the final discussion. **| Delivery Options |** ・Fresh flower arrangements are available for studio pickup, courier delivery, or home delivery. ・Pickup is available at our studio on Longjiang Road, Taipei, with no additional charge. Please message us in advance to schedule your pickup time. ・For delivery within the greater Taipei area, please select **Lalamove Courier**, which offers delivery on your specified date and time. ・For other cities and counties, please select **Refrigerated Home Delivery**. Outside of special holidays, you can specify the delivery date and time. ・For a specified delivery date, refrigerated home delivery will be shipped 1-2 days in advance. Sunday delivery is not available. ***Home delivery to other cities and counties carries shipping risks. Delays or impacts during transit may cause damage to the flower arrangement. Please ensure you accept these conditions before placing your order.** ・If you have any questions regarding delivery, please message us in advance with your address to confirm delivery availability and costs. **| Important Notes |** ・We offer complimentary card writing or printing. Please message us with your card content. Messages under 20 characters will be handwritten; messages between 21-50 characters or opening cards will be printed. ・Due to the nature of fresh flower products, materials need to be prepared in advance for creation. Therefore, for general orders, cancellations made 5 business days prior to the specified shipping date (excluding the shipping date itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 business days will receive a 30% refund. Pre-order items cannot be canceled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・If you have custom requests regarding packaging or card color, please message us after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selections. ・All flowers are natural plants; their forms may vary. The arrangement will be adjusted based on the actual flowers used during creation and may not be identical to the photos. ・Flower availability is seasonal. If certain flowers are temporarily out of stock or their condition is not optimal, they will be substituted with similar materials. ・You may request a completion photo of the arrangement before delivery by noting this in your order. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid shipping delays. ・The completion photo is solely for confirming that the item matches your order. Unless there are evident issues such as wilting or damage, we do not offer replacements for flower types, changes in flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging schemes. Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges for flowers or packaging materials and will be subject to potential shipping delays. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the flower type, care, and environment, typically lasting 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving your bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and keeping it in a cool, well-ventilated area. To extend the life of your flowers, clean the stems and trim about 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, and change the water. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, or basket arrangements, we suggest removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the leaves from the back of the arrangement or the side of the container and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the rim of the vase. Then, replenish the water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and direct sunlight will shorten the lifespan of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, increase the frequency of water changes. For table arrangements, adding one drop of bleach to the water can help reduce bacterial growth.
