Washing Instructions (For wool garments, please message the designer to discuss washing methods ^^) [Comme forêt] garments are made from natural materials. We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing separately (do not soak). If machine washing, please place the garment in a laundry bag and wash. Air dry naturally after washing. We advise washing dark and light colors separately, and please do not use bleach. Wrinkles are a natural characteristic of linen after washing. Gently smooth the garment after washing and air dry. Then, iron at a high temperature to restore its smoothness. About Comme forêt We begin with a foundation of natural and fresh style clothing. Original designs are conceptualized, patterns are drafted, and samples are created using two home sewing machines, with occasional assistance from a skilled seamstress aunt. Production is done in very small batches locally in Taipei. We aim to recapture the beauty of small-batch handmade clothing, designing comfortable and elegant pieces with the same heartfelt intention as making clothes for oneself, family, or friends.
