【Cake Delivery Service Information】 To ensure product quality and delivery safety, Bai Yu Shan uses "low-temperature frozen delivery" throughout the entire process. Therefore, refrigerated cakes are not available for delivery. There are inherent risks with cake delivery. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to cooperate. If you cannot accept these conditions, we recommend picking up your order at our store. Frozen cakes have a minimum shelf life of 10 days. For cakes needed during peak logistics periods such as birthdays or special holidays, we cannot control the speed of logistics sorting and delivery. Please order well in advance to ensure timely arrival and avoid delays or damage that could affect your celebration. 【Delivery Method & Fees】 Delivery Arrival Days: Thursday to Tuesday weekly (Please message us if you require delivery on other days). 【Sizes】 4 inches: Approximately 10 cm in diameter Serves 1-2 people 6 inches: Approximately 15 cm in diameter Serves 3-6 people 8 inches: Approximately 20 cm in diameter Serves 8-10 people 【Storage & Enjoyment Instructions】 Can be stored frozen for 10-20 days. Once thawed and refrigerated, it can be stored for 2 days. ❋ Bai Yu Shan products are handmade without preservatives or chemical additives. We recommend refrigerating for 1 hour after receiving before enjoying! ❋ Frozen Texture: The overall texture is like ice cream, dense and refreshing. ❋ Slightly Thawed Texture: We recommend thawing for 30 minutes to experience the smooth mousse texture and layered fillings. ❋ Each cake comes with 1 candle, 1 set of cutlery (5 pieces per set), and 1 cake knife. ❋ Must be returned to refrigeration within 30 minutes at room temperature.
