Dyeing services are priced separately. ◈ Chinese characters are not accepted for engraving at this time, as we do not have Chinese steel stamps, and handwritten branding may appear smudged. ◈ Alignment is done by eye and will not be as perfectly straight as printed text. ◈ Engraving on dark leather may be less visible; please consider this carefully. ◈ Engraved items are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, falling under the scope of 'Exceptions to Customization Regulations' as per consumer protection law. ◈ If there is an error with your engraving, please contact the designer directly, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible! 『About Leather』 ◈ Leather is a material that can last for many years, with origins tracing back to prehistoric times. Unlike common plastic bags that need frequent replacement, well-maintained leather goods are timeless. ◈ Normal wear and tear, such as scuffs or oil absorption from use, are to be expected. Different traces will also accumulate based on your usage habits. ◈ Do not use organic solvents for cleaning, as this can cause discoloration. ◈ Basic leather care typically involves conditioning once a week for frequently used items, and once or twice a month for items used less often. ◈ For leather goods not in frequent use, store them in a cool, well-ventilated area away from light. ◈ If you are unsure about leather care procedures, it is best to avoid contact with water and damp environments. ◈ Leather may naturally have creases, scars, or insect marks.
