If using a washing machine, please place it in a laundry bag and select a gentle/delicate cycle. 2. The fabric is naturally dyed. Slight color fading may occur during initial washes; please wash it separately. 3. Use a neutral detergent when washing. A neutral detergent has a pH of 7 and does *not* have labels indicating strong cleaning power, stain removal, color enhancement, or whitening. 4. It is recommended to dilute the detergent with water before adding it to the washing machine. Direct application to the fabric may cause localized fading. 5. Naturally dyed fabrics may have a slight odor, which will gradually dissipate with multiple washes. 6. As naturally dyed fabrics are used more, their color will subtly lighten, developing a unique character. 7. For items containing linen, using a laundry bag is recommended when machine washing.
