Burmese jade necklace. The necklace beads are also made of Burmese jade. The wire is antique-finished pure copper wire, and the clasp is brass. The total length of the necklace is 45cm. The central main pendant dimensions (width x height) are 50x30mm. A note can be added if an extension chain is required. This is likely the first type of mineral I've encountered from my own collection. To me, it's simply another type of mineral, and I haven't delved into particularly obscure areas. However, this tranquil, light green hue truly possesses a unique charm. I specifically retrieved this crescent moon from the bottom of a box because I felt its color would complement the antiqued copper wire beautifully. I created a suitable bezel and decorative frame for the unique shape of the main stone, and the finished product met my expectations. I will look for more jade pieces when selecting loose stones in the future and will try different designs if the opportunity arises. ❖ Product photos are mostly taken in natural daylight. Natural oxidation is normal and will gradually turn them into an antique bronze or antique silver color. The color change and oxidation rate will vary with wear and individual body chemistry, which is part of the unique character of bare wire jewelry.
