1. Only registered participants are allowed in the workshop. To ensure a quality learning experience, please do not bring companions. If you have family or friends accompanying you, they are welcome to wait in a nearby cafe or convenience store until the workshop concludes. If the participant is a child, one parent may accompany them. Your cooperation is appreciated.
2. In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
3. Date changes or cancellations on the day of the workshop are not permitted and will be considered a forfeiture of the course fee. To cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least one day in advance.
4. If you wish to purchase an additional material kit, please notify the studio in advance so we can prepare it for you. Payment can be made in cash on the day of the workshop.
5. The studio undergoes basic cleaning and disinfection daily. If you are feeling unwell, we recommend rescheduling your session to rest at home. If you have cold symptoms, wearing a mask during the workshop is advised. Thank you for your cooperation. We wish everyone good health and safety.
