The class includes engraving; English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (specific designs may not be available for engraving).
How to Measure Ring Size as a Gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. Ring size adjustments can be made at the store after the ring is completed.

**Classes can be scheduled for one participant; all classes are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking must be made at least three days prior to the class.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The booking can be transferred to another product or class.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. You may also exchange your design for one of the same price (subject to available materials in stock).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available seating if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure everyone's rights are respected.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials during the workshop. The artisan will demonstrate and guide each step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials can be purchased separately.
● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Completed pieces can be taken home the same day.

★ During the class, please adhere to the safety instructions provided by the artisan regarding equipment usage.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled class date, classes will be postponed for safety, in accordance with government advisories. A new class date will be arranged.
