◆ Course Content (A five-week progressive approach, from understanding to practice)
This course differs from my previous offerings.
It's not merely a technical skills workshop, but a highly integrated, long-term supportive care program.
What many truly desire isn't just to strike a singing bowl perfectly, but to have a dedicated time to feel truly held; a space where the heart no longer needs to brace itself or rush.
Over the five weeks, I will incorporate long-practiced sound healing techniques, combining clearly structured foundational singing bowl striking methods, hands-on art therapy experiences, and meditation practices.
Once a week, for two hours each session, over five consecutive weeks,
within a safe and non-judgmental small group setting,
through sound, creative expression, and sharing, you will gradually connect with yourself and learn to accompany yourself. The course will guide you step-by-step to understand the connection between singing bowls and the body, offering complete guidance from concepts to practice.
🔹 Part 1. Guided Meditation and Stillness
Allow yourself to enter a state of calm, opening your receptivity to the body and sound.
🔹 Part 2. Principles of Sound Wave Vibration
Understand why singing bowl sounds can influence the mind and body, and learn to connect with the bowl's resonance through "listening" and "feeling."
🔹 Part 3. Understanding the Seven Major Chakras and Body Meridians
Through the correspondence between sound, chakras, and body meridians, guide participants to sense the flow of internal energy.
🔹 Part 4. Singing Bowl Striking Techniques
Fundamental bowl holding methods, striking techniques, and sound production principles, gradually building hand feel and stability.
🔹 Part 5. Seated and Frontal Striking Techniques
Learn how to stably strike the bowl for yourself or others while seated during self-healing, creating a sound healing space for both individuals.
※ The course fee does not include a singing bowl. Bowls will be provided in class for practice, so feel comfortable enrolling even if you don't own one.

1. The course consists of five weeks. The tuition is NT$12,000, excluding the singing bowl. Practice bowls will be provided in class.
2. Upon completing your registration, please join our Facebook group or official Line account (ID: @944hjfkp) and send us a private message. We will provide subsequent class information.
3. Please wear comfortable clothing without metal buttons or zippers to class.
4. Currently, this course is not suitable for: pregnant individuals, those with pacemakers or other internal metal implants, individuals with severe depression, or those with epilepsy.
5. Rescheduling requests must be made at least one day in advance and are limited to one change. No refunds will be issued for same-day absences.
