Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, vein marks, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as you use the item over time, the leather will develop its own patina, showing scratches and gaining a richer luster, gradually transforming into a piece that is uniquely yours. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, batch differences, and varying storage times can lead to discrepancies in leather color. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to future orders. Please consider the actual product as the final reference. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is a "custom order." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specific requests are made at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as the fit being too loose/tight, the leather/craftsmanship being too rough, color inaccuracy, unsatisfactory texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
