We are located in an old house in Central District, Taichung City (don’t worry, there is cool air conditioning). If you also like pottery, this will be your city pottery garden.ᐟ Aim to understand the clay with your hands and senses Take shape in your hands what you want in your heart **𓇬 Warm-up for kneading and shaping** Guided by the understanding of clay, the first half of the course will guide and introduce kneading and shaping. After gradually becoming familiar with the connection and movements of the heart and hand, students can start making their own pottery. **𓇬 Own creative time** If you want to complete cups, bowls, plates, incense sticks holders, small pottery dolls... you can discuss it with the teacher. Depending on your learning ability and on-site conditions, we will recommend possible pottery shapes, and in the process, we will guide everyone to understand the required Basic pottery knowledge and kneading techniques. **𓇬 Who is suitable to participate?** Adults above high school, those with no experience in making pottery, beginners, those of you who are interested in pottery, those of you who want to create special memories Experience making something from scratch, using your hands to freely shape and shape pottery that can accompany your daily life ‧ ‧ **May - June｜Reservation period (course 2.5h)** Time period: 14:00 - 16:30 Date: 5/17, 6/14, 6/28 ‧ ‧ **Course Fee**$1200/person The fee includes the use of space equipment, materials, and lecturer fees ☄ The kiln firing fee is charged separately based on the volume of the work ‧ ‧ **Firing of works** The glaze color is optional and the teacher will apply the glaze uniformly (single color). The finished pottery will be fired in two stages, and the process will take about**4 ~ 6**weeks. ☄ Calculation method of kiln fee: Volume of completed work (cm³) * 0.15 𓇬 The height of the work is less than 2.5cm, calculated as 2.5cm 𓇬 If a single item is less than $20, it will be calculated as $20 yuan ‧ ‧ **Pickup method** After the firing is completed, a letter will**sent to inform you of the kiln firing costs and pickup time**. Please pick up the pottery within one month. You can choose to go to the store or pick up your pottery home in person. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Donghai, he decided to continue his ceramic art creation and established his own art studio. I chose to work with clay because of the connection I feel to nature and the possibility of bringing beauty into life. We also try to collect local materials to create works with local characteristics, and pay attention to environmental friendliness and sustainability during the production process.
