Once opened and used, returns are not accepted. 【CAUTION!】 • Do not use on uneven, rough, or porous surfaces such as: cement surfaces with many micro-pores, powdery residue, or prone to cracking; textured or rough ceramic tiles; soft plastics, fabric, wallpaper; adobe or sand walls. • Do not exceed the weight limit specified on the product packaging. Ensure the product can fully adhere to the item being hung, and the weight (center of gravity of the item) should be as parallel to the wall as possible. Do not hang valuable, sentimental, or hazardous items, as improper application or unforeseen circumstances could lead to the product falling, resulting in loss or personal injury. • Thoroughly clean the application surface before adhering. Use the included alcohol wipe to ensure the surface is smooth, clean, and free of debris. Note: For all cement walls and painted walls, please clean with a dry cloth only; do not use alcohol wipes. • The application surface temperature should not exceed 40°C (104°F). In cold weather, it is recommended to gently warm the wall with a hairdryer on a warm setting before applying the strips for optimal adhesion. • If you are unsure about the application or removal instructions for this product, please contact our consumer service hotline. • It is recommended to wait one month after construction or wall painting before applying the product to prevent paint peeling when removing the strips. • Please retain these instructions for future reference during removal. • As technology advances, paints and tiles applied to walls are constantly innovating, therefore not all wall surfaces are suitable for this product. • Storage Method: This product is not UV-resistant or waterproof.
