**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive on time for your reserved slot. As pieces require a certain amount of time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of this workshop and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days before the event for arrangements. Extensions are valid for up to three months and can only be changed once. No rescheduling or refunds will be provided for requests made within 2 days of the event.
◆ Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to our brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the event for purposes such as event documentation and future promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the activity.
◆ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, the designer will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
**【A Gentle Reminder】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years or older to register for this activity.
(2) Fire will be used during the experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear well-covered shoes. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it up. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and for safety reasons, accompanying friends who have not registered are not permitted to observe during the workshop.
(4) Multiple participants cannot create a single piece together.
(5) As our designers need to prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, and to protect the rights of all parties, cancellations due to personal reasons made more than 7 days prior to the event (excluding the day of the experience) will incur a 50% handling fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 days of the event. Alternatives such as transferring the spot to a friend or converting to a custom order are available.
**【Workshop COVID-19 Safety Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session. Entry will be denied without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be measured before entering the venue. Entry is permitted only if the temperature is below 37.5°C and hands have been sanitized with alcohol.
◆ Enhanced ventilation by using air conditioning and opening doors to ensure good air circulation in the studio.
◆ Alcohol disinfection will be used on frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and tables before and after the activity.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each experience.
