After deciding where you'd like the bracelet to sit on your wrist, measure your wrist circumference in centimeters using a soft tape measure. Alternatively, wrap a string around your wrist and then measure the string with a ruler. Based on your measurement, choose a size in 0.5cm increments. For example, if your wrist measures 14.3cm, you can select 14.5cm for a looser fit or 14cm for a snugger fit. 2. If the finished bracelet doesn't fit upon arrival, you are entitled to one complimentary resizing service. You may also note any beads you wish to remove, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for this service. 3. For our standard crystal bracelets (entirely made of crystals), the maximum wrist size is 20cm. For wrist sizes exceeding 20cm, an additional fee will apply. All crystal bracelets in our shop are made according to each customer's wrist size. As these are custom-made items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a significant defect. Please be aware that the following are not considered defects: 1) Natural Stones: Natural minerals are products of nature. The color, texture, and patterns of each batch of crystals will vary. Inclusions, internal fractures, and cotton-like wisps are all normal occurrences. 2) Pearls and Shells: Pearls and shells are organic materials, primarily composed of calcium carbonate. Spots or irregular shapes are normal. Due to their lower hardness, they can easily become dull or cloudy. We recommend careful wear and maintenance. 3) Metal Components: The metal used is 14K gold-filled or silver-plated copper, both treated for color retention. However, the duration of color retention depends on individual wear habits and body chemistry. It is advisable to avoid wearing them while showering or exposing them to chemicals like perfumes. 2. The arrangement or number of beads in a bracelet may be adjusted based on wrist size. Minor discrepancies in size may also occur due to measurement variations. Traces of handmade work, such as loose threads, are considered normal. We will strive to maintain a design that is as close as possible to the product image while remaining reasonable. 3.
