**Crafting Process**
The creation process for the obsidian pinecone scented candle involves selecting your favorite scented essential oils, blending them with soy wax, and pouring the mixture into a jar. As the wax begins to solidify, you'll arrange obsidian pieces of various sizes, pinecones, and small dried flowers, much like building a miniature garden or rockery, layer by layer into the scented candle jar, constructing your one-of-a-kind energy garden.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please proceed directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not completed with payment are considered unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
* To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
