The following are considered normal phenomena in handmade items: ▪ Product Dimensions (normal error range ±1cm) ▪ Product Color Difference ▪ Loose Threads ▪ Very Small Stains (diameter not exceeding 0.5cm) ▪ Creases ▪ Minor Loose Stitching If you cannot accept these, please do not place an order. 2. Regarding Product Quantity As each bag is handmade, production quantities are limited. Staffing is also limited, so stock updates may not always be immediate. We appreciate your understanding. Regarding Exchanges As each bag is handmade, dimensions and specifications are clearly stated on the product page. Exchanges are not provided for non-major defects. In case of a major defect, with the original packaging and tags intact, the item must be in new condition (no signs of human use, damage, breakage, scratches, stains, odors, moisture, or washing). The item must be complete (including product, accessories, attachments, gifts, and internal/external packaging). Please take photos and send us a message within 7 days. Raw materials (especially hardware) have a certain probability of defects during production. There may be unforeseen or undiscovered flaws during the manufacturing process. We offer free repairs within one year of use. Regarding Color Difference All product photos (excluding lifestyle shots) are 100% taken from actual products, and colors are adjusted as closely as possible to the real item. Possible reasons for color difference include: ▪ Natural color variations in each batch of cotton. ▪ Color differences in the dyeing vats for pure cotton. ▪ Differences in photography lighting, color temperature, and angles. ▪ Variations in display monitors. ▪ Individual differences in color perception. Therefore, color differences cannot be entirely avoided. Please refer to the actual product. Rest assured, slight color variations do not affect product quality. Customs Clearance Notes To ship items to your designated delivery address, they must first pass customs inspection in the receiving country/region before further delivery. The customs in the receiving country/region will determine tariffs and additional fees based on the type and value of the goods. If import duties are assessed, they must be paid by the recipient. 4. Undeliverable Orders Orders returned due to reasons such as an unclear delivery address, PO box, no recipient available after multiple delivery attempts, recipient refusing to pay taxes/provide identification/complete customs declaration, or recipient refusing to accept the package. If the delivery company returns the package to us for any of the above reasons, the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be processed according to the "Refund Policy" and "Refund Time." 5. Note on Overseas Online Shopping The total order amount does not include import duties. If the delivery address is outside of Taiwan, customs duties may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
