**Spiced mulled wine cooking method (1) simple version**
1. Pour the red wine into the pot and add a whole spice packet.
2. Heat to 70 degrees C, just before boiling, turn off the heat when small bubbles begin to appear. The wine cooked in this way has a thicker taste, which is suitable for friends who like to be tipsy.
3. If you don’t like the taste of alcohol, you can continue to cook it on low heat to let the wine smell continue to spread and the spice flavor will be stronger. Cook it to your liking and enjoy it.
**Spiced mulled wine cooking method (2) advanced version**
1. Turn on the empty pot and turn the heat to the minimum. Pick out the cinnamon sticks and horseradish granules from the comprehensive package and dry-fry them in the pot for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. The aroma of the spices will be more concentrated through heating. Be careful not to burn the ingredients during the heat.

3. Before heating to 70 degrees and boiling, turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
4. Heat it for the second time, cook it to 70 degrees, let it sit for 2 minutes and then drink.
