The finished product's length may not be exactly the same as the ordered size, with a tolerance of ±0.5cm being normal. ● There may be slight deviations in bead sizes between batches, typically ranging from 0.2-0.8mm. ● The color and texture of each natural stone are unique. The actual product cannot be identical to the natural stones in the product photos. Returns due to product size issues or human-related problems are also not accepted. Any issues must be communicated via email within three days of receipt. ● Non-quality related issues are strictly not eligible for return or exchange. In case of quality-related returns, any complimentary gifts must be returned along with the product, and all packaging contents must be intact.
