■ Course Content ■
The total course duration includes breaks and will be adjusted based on the progress of the class. If a student cannot complete their work within the allotted time, the instructor will assist them.
■ Basic Course Flow ■
1. Introduction to yarns and tufting cloth
2. Basic instruction on using the tufting gun
3. Sketching and transferring your design
4. Practice and actual work on your piece
5. Trimming and finishing your work
6. Completion of your piece
■ Design Draft ■
Please send your desired design to OFFLINE Lab. 離線手作's official LINE@ account at least 2 days before your class date. This allows us to assess how well the design will translate to your finished piece.
Our LINE@ assistant will help you confirm the size and time needed to complete your project. OFFLINE Lab. 離線手作 does not offer additional design services.
If the complexity of your provided image exceeds what can be realistically achieved in the finished product, our assistant will suggest an alternative design to meet your expectations for the course outcome.
※ You can choose from our provided designs to create a small rug in the workshop, or you can draw your own design directly onto the cloth. Our instructors will guide you through the process!
For a more complete rendering of your design, we recommend choosing the 40x40 cm size in our other course offering. This ensures better detail and clarity for your pattern.

⏱️ Overtime Fee: $250 per 30 minutes. If the piece is still unfinished, you may entrust the instructor to complete it for an additional fee of $500, or take the unfinished piece with you.

📷 During workshop sessions, we may take photos and videos which may be shared online for participants and interested individuals. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be publicly shared, please inform us at the venue, and we will refrain from filming you.

■ Cancellation Policy ■
1. In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or typhoons, you may reschedule your booking once within one month. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the class starts to arrange the rescheduling. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date due to reasons other than typhoons, or if you wish to cancel or reschedule again for personal reasons, the deposit cannot be refunded or rescheduled again. Failure to reschedule within the given timeframe will be considered forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable and will not be notified separately.
2. Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., bad weather, sudden emergencies, car trouble, traffic accidents, feeling unwell, etc.) are not eligible for rescheduling. If you wish to change your date, you will need to make a new booking.
3. If the class cannot proceed as scheduled due to weather or other force majeure events (announced by 6 hours before class start time for suspension of work and classes), OFFLINE Lab. 離線手作 will assist with refunds.
4. In the event of power outages, earthquakes, or other situations that interrupt the experience during the session, refunds will not be provided. However, we will arrange another time for you to complete the experience.

Cancellation Fees Based on Days Before Class Start Date
Cancel 14 days before the selected date: Full refund
Cancel 10-13 days before the selected date: 70% refund of course fee
Cancel 7-9 days before the selected date: 50% refund of course fee
Cancel 4-6 days before the selected date: 40% refund of course fee
Cancel 2-3 days before the selected date: 30% refund of course fee
Cancel 1 day before the selected date: 20% refund of course fee
Cancel on the scheduled date or failure to notify: Course fee is non-refundable.
