Please send images or photos for discussion and quotation. 2. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the production queue. 3. A photo of the finished piece will be sent for your confirmation. 4. Payment of the remaining 50% balance. 5. Shipment of the final product. **🔸 Important Notes for Custom Needle-Felted Orders** 1. Needle-felted items are purely handmade. Slight variations in appearance, minor marks from crafting, or slight asymmetries are normal and part of the handmade charm. Please only order if you are comfortable with this. 2. Pricing is determined by custom requirements, the size of the finished product, and the complexity of the design. 3. Needle-felted creations require time and meticulous craftsmanship. All orders are processed sequentially, and rush orders cannot be accommodated. 4. When ordering with a design reference, we will use the closest available wool colors. Slight color variations may occur, please consider this before ordering. 5. **We currently do not accept orders for hyper-realistic creations.** We appreciate your understanding. 6. Each needle-felted piece is carefully handcrafted. Prices are firm and non-negotiable. As custom items are made to specific requirements, all deposits are non-refundable, and sold items are final sale with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. **【Care Instructions】** 1. Handle with care. If cleaning is needed, gently hand-wash with cold water and a mild detergent, then air dry in a well-ventilated area. (Do not use warm or hot water, bleach, scrub vigorously, or tumble dry.) 2. The appearance of small fuzz balls or stray fibers after use is normal. You can trim these surface fibers with small scissors. 3. If the item becomes deformed due to pressure, gently reshape it by hand. **【Shipping】** 1. Postal Mail: Your order will be shipped to the default shipping address registered in your Pinkoi account.
