Russian Punch Needle is a craft that requires considerable practice and dedication. Each student progresses at their own pace, so if a piece isn't completed within the class time, the instructor will provide guidance on how to continue working on it at home. Should you encounter any issues during your crafting, please feel free to send a message; the instructor is always happy to assist with your questions.
To maintain teaching quality, the instructor needs to prepare the necessary materials in advance. If you wish to cancel a class, please notify us at least four days before the class begins (including the day of notification). You may opt to reschedule or receive a full refund. For cancellations made within three days (including the day of notification), a material fee will be charged, and you may also transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
For example: If a class is scheduled for August 16th, notifications received on or before August 11th will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. Notifications received on or after August 12th will incur a material fee (shipping costs for materials are separate).
# Companions are not permitted.
To ensure the quality of the class, we cannot accommodate auditors or childcare companions. Please do not bring anyone with you.

Please do not duplicate, teach, or use for any commercial purposes.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics (please provide relevant documentation, and notify us via message for discussion on postponement or refund procedures) or natural disasters, rescheduling is permitted once. The new date must be arranged at least one day prior to the original class start time. Once a new date is confirmed, if rescheduling is not due to natural disaster, or if you wish to cancel or reschedule again due to personal reasons, no refund or further rescheduling will be possible. Failure to arrange rescheduling within the specified period will be considered forfeiture of your spot, and the fee will not be refunded. We will not provide further notification.
In response to the pandemic, all participants must wear a mask throughout the duration of the class.
Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to social media afterwards. The organizer may use images of you, captured during events, for event recaps or promotional materials for future recruitment. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event. Thank you.
