Cancellation method: ▼ If notified of cancellation 7 days before the event date (excluding the event date), 90% of the paid amount will be refunded. ▼ If you cancel the event 6 days to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. ▼ No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the event to the day of the event, and no refund will be given. ▼ If you terminate your participation in the event due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given. ▼ If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. ▼ If the event is canceled due to the organizer's reasons, the full amount will be refunded. 2.
