❍ About This Piece We wanted to create a dining plate that is both humorous and practical. Transforming everyday toast into pottery, with simple lines and a touch of thoughtful detail, it's perfectly sized for breakfast, snacks, or fruit. Unpretentious, yet naturally rustic, it brings a healing atmosphere to your dining table. We chose earthenware clay, with its slightly coarse texture. After firing, it doesn't have the delicate finish of porcelain, but possesses a genuine, warmly tactile charm. The blue glaze flows naturally across the plate's surface. Occasional specks, pinholes, or small glaze cracks are not flaws, but traces left by the clay and the flame. ❍ Materials Earthenware clay, glaze ❍ Dimensions Approximately 12 × 10 × 1.5 cm (Each piece is handmade, so dimensions may vary slightly) ❍ Production Notes ・Each piece is fired at high temperatures twice, ensuring durability. ・Surface characteristics such as pinholes, natural glaze variations, or fine crackles are natural features resulting from the clay and firing process. ・Due to the handmade nature, the curvature and glaze distribution of each vessel will vary slightly, contributing to its unique personality. ❍ Packaging & Sustainability All our shipments are packaged using recycled bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. While it may not be luxurious, reusing resources is the better choice in our hearts. | About Handmade | Each piece is shaped and glazed by hand. The glaze flows naturally, and the lines vary. Minor marks from the firing process do not affect usability, so please use with peace of mind.
