"Moetooth Kalimba"
About creative inspiration:
The baby’s laughter is the most innocent sound in the world. It was sprung up when our baby girl had teeth, and wanted to make a sound as beautiful as the baby’s laughter, so the "cute teeth" series was born.
When the eldest daughter of the creator "Daddy Whale" had just got her teeth in nine months, the sound reinforcement hole shape that she came up with was a smiling mouth with a small baby tooth under her mouth, representing [beginning] The meaning of, I hope that friends who have not been in touch with musical instruments can start their musical journey through this instrument. Kalimba is an extremely easy-to-use musical instrument, easy to carry, fixed scale, no frequent tuning, etc... Advantages , Come and "enjoy" music together.
About production:
Daddy Whale first started to create the Kalimba to make his daughters (now daughters), who are almost 2~3 years old, don’t grab mobile phones and play with them, and specially developed all the processing procedures, such as gluing and coating. The packaging and wood materials are all made of non-toxic and non-plastic materials. For example, gluing: using Elmers water-based white glue imported from the United States, the false adhesion fixing time is 2 to 4 hours, and the complete fixing is 24 to 36 hours. The data is not the information provided by the original factory. It is all the experience data accumulated by the father all the way to make the piano body. Although the production time is long, it is safe and secure when playing, so that the baby can play the instrument happy and healthy.

About wood:
North American black walnut, distributed in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York in the eastern United States; South Carolina, Florida in the south, Texas, Nevada in the west, etc., large evergreen trees, average tree height 37m, diameter at breast height over 1.0 m, the sapwood is white to light brown, and the dry heartwood is dark brown like chocolate, sometimes with purple markings. From ring-porous wood to semi-ring-porous wood, the wood is straight, and occasionally wavy, curled, tree bumps, and bifurcated wood grains can be seen. Wood has high specific gravity, hardness, strength and rigidity, and strong impact resistance. The shrinkage rate is small, and the dimensional stability of the dried material is good. The wood processing performance is good, the turning, drilling, and tenoning properties are good; the nailing property is acceptable. The heartwood has strong corrosion resistance.
·Walnut is well-proportioned in color, its wooden tube holes contain dark deposit gum, and the gum contains grease. It is not only beautiful, but also not easy to crack.
·Walnut contains grains, which are wavy or curled tree patterns, which can form patterns naturally, which is of great beauty and ornamental value.
·Walnut has a low moisture content, and the finished product will not be deformed due to shrinkage.
Walnut has a long-term culture. In Europe, noble carriages have been inlaid with walnut to make interiors since the 18th century.
About painting:
There are two types of coatings currently used, environmentally friendly PU and beeswax handguard Wax. The PU we used was originally used for the coating of camping wine glasses. It is a coating for food utensils. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, safe and completely waterproof. And it can be disinfected with alcohol (the painting method that we took several years to find is actually very important in this special period). Beeswax handwood Wax uses the raw material of lip balm, which is made from refined beeswax and cold-pressed palm Wax. We give priority to PU shipment of the two coatings. If you have special requirements, please leave a message and let us know, thank you.
Regarding the production father who always insists on creating with the hearts of his daughters, please "enjoy".
The following is
The wooden language of American black walnut given by "Benren Xianmu": playing mahjong can be used as a card (no nonsense, no blame for whale daddy)
