Handmade items cannot be guaranteed to be identical; each pair of earrings is a unique creation. 2. Due to variations in lighting and screen display, slight color differences may occur. The actual color will be based on the physical product. 3. Minor bubbles may appear during the resin production process, which is normal. 4. Each natural stone has a unique texture; internal fibrous or other substances are natural mineral impurities. 5. Natural stones and pearls are shipped randomly. Please refer to the item and color you receive. 6. Fine scratches on the metal surface due to friction are normal. **► Wearing & Care /** 1. Handle gently when putting on or taking off; avoid forceful pulling. 2. Avoid squeezing or impact. It is recommended to remove accessories before sleeping or wearing a helmet. 3. Avoid contact with water and chemicals. Do not wear while bathing, or when exposed to hair dyeing/perming agents, lotions, perfumes, etc. 4. After wearing, gently wipe away sweat with a dry cloth or tissue to keep the accessories dry. 5. Taiwan's climate is humid. Avoid long-term sealing during storage; ensure adequate ventilation to prevent moisture buildup. **► Product Warranty /** For any manufacturing defects, Nutbrown offers a return and exchange service.
