!To ensure the quality of our workshops and protect your rights, please read the following important information carefully. By purchasing and completing your order, you agree to the following workshop regulations!
|Health & Safety Measures|
1. In response to pandemic prevention needs, our instructors have undergone health screenings and are confirmed to be safe before conducting classes. We provide temperature checks and alcohol disinfection facilities for participants to ensure everyone's safety.
2. If pandemic restrictions escalate after registration, registered participants who wish to reschedule or cancel their session may contact the organizer to make arrangements.
3. Upon entry, please disinfect your hands with alcohol spray and undergo a temperature check. Those with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted to attend. Masks must be worn throughout the class.
4. No refreshments are provided in the classroom. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
|Refund Policy|
3. In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the workshop content.
4. Cancellations or rescheduling (one-time only) made 5 days (inclusive) prior to the class date are subject to a 20% processing fee.
5. If you choose to reschedule, the new date must be within the following 2 months. If unable to comply with the rescheduled date, a refund will be issued.
6. Classes require a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or refund options before the class date.
|Workshop Regulations|
7. Participation is limited to the registered individual. For joint parent-child participation, an additional seat fee of NT$200 applies.
8. In line with environmental protection efforts, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creations.
9. After purchasing a workshop, feel free to contact our customer service, and a dedicated representative will assist you in scheduling your session promptly.
10. Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop activities and will be uploaded to the NEIGHBOR FOREST social media channels for event documentation, promotional purposes, or other recruitment efforts. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the event.
