Most chopsticks sold commercially as dishwasher safe are designed to be resistant to boiling water, and are finished all the way to the tips with a synthetic paint. Hyozaemon products are dishwasher safe and are recommended for use in dishwashers as they are finished with additive-free lacquer. Using a proprietary manufacturing process, these chopsticks have a rubbed lacquer finish that makes them smoother to the touch than dry lacquer chopstick tips. We also offer gift wrapping.
