Floral Roll 16 | Japanese Washi Paper

As I painted this roll of washi tape, it felt like stepping back in time, years ago. With a heart full of joy and anticipation, I mixed my favorite shades of purple with a calligraphy brush, and on watercolor paper, stroke by stroke, I sketched the simple shapes of flowers. Back then, there were no special finishes (like iridescent ink or embossed gold foil), only special inks. This brought me back to the Fairy Maru who simply loved to draw. I hope that as you hold "Floral Roll 16," you can, like me, reconnect with that initial spark of passion for stationery.
