Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear hooks and clasps are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus eliminating allergy concerns. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergic reactions after wearing them? A: If allergic reactions occur after wearing, they are most likely due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear allergies can stem from numerous causes, and the ear hook material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital, which may incur a higher out-of-pocket cost, to clarify the exact cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting, providing basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, and heavy sweating). A: Monday to Friday (Crafting & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping; market stall operations only) As we often participate in market events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
