One side features a hexagon cut from an antique French coin, resulting in some of the outer text being trimmed, while the central inscription "2 FRANCS" and the year "1887" remain clearly visible. The reverse side has been artfully transformed into a three-dimensional rose planter, with delicate engravings of the flowers, leaves, and planter, adorned with decorative patterns that lend an air of grand elegance. The bail is skillfully crafted and features engraved ornamentation, showcasing the artisan's dedication and attention to detail. The pendant is in good condition, exhibiting normal signs of oxidation and wear consistent with its age. The repurposing craftsmanship is excellent, though some marks from the alteration process are visible. As a century-old antique, it is not in new condition.
