Items are shipped randomly, and returns or exchanges based on pattern preference are not accepted. ✔ This product is made to order by women after your purchase, classifying it as a customized item. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not permitted. However, the brand offers an exchange service within seven days for items with defects. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the jute bean sacks or differences in color or pattern compared to the photos are advised to reconsider their purchase. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, complete packaging.
