Later, due to the olive harvest failure, they switched to 72% olive oil and replaced the remaining 28% with other oils. Because this soap was originally produced exclusively in the city of Marseille, it was named "Marseille soap"; however, as long as 72% olive oil is used when making soap, it can be called Marseille soap. Olive oil is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid, with fine molecules, which can produce soap with high moisturizing and moisturizing properties. Of course, there are grades of olive oil, and their effects are also different. This formula is specially added with shea butter and is a premium version of Marseille soap, especially suitable for people with dry skin and for use in winter. However, due to the humid weather in Hong Kong, it is not recommended to use it in summer to avoid making Marseille soap too soft and not durable.
