Outside of peak holiday seasons, you can specify the delivery date and time. ・If a specific delivery date is requested, refrigerated delivery will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Therefore, cancellations for standard orders made more than 5 business days before the scheduled delivery date (excluding the delivery day itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 business days will incur a 30% refund. Except for wilting, bruising, or other significant damage, we do not offer replacements for floral ingredients, changes in their placement, vases, card colors, or packaging schemes. Any last-minute changes will incur additional charges for materials and may delay delivery. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type, care, and environment, typically lasting 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and keeping it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Change the water and trim 2-3 cm off the stems every 1-2 days to prolong the flowers' freshness. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, and baskets, we suggest removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the leaves from the back or sides of the arrangement and add water until it reaches 3-4 cm below the rim of the container. Replenish the water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and sunny environments shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, increase the frequency of water changes. For table arrangements, adding one drop of bleach to the water can help reduce bacterial growth.
