Use and care:
when using it:
● If there is a sticker on the main body, please remove it before use. When using it for the first time, please wash it thoroughly with neutral detergent, dry it and apply a thin layer of oil on it before cooking.
● Please use medium-low heat for cooking. During the cooking process, please adjust the fire size according to the size of the pot to avoid the flame exceeding the bottom of the pot and avoid burning the pot empty.
● It is recommended to use a heat-resistant rubber spatula or wooden spatula for cooking, which can extend the service life of the coating. If using a metal spatula, use a smooth spatula with rounded corners (no sharp edges).
● Do not use the sharp edge of a spatula made of any material to hit the pot surface, as it may damage the pot surface and cause dents/cuts, and please avoid cutting food in the pot.
● Please place the pot in the center of the fire during use and do not place it tilted. If you need to touch the heated pot directly, please wear heat-insulating protective gloves.
● Please avoid burning the food. If it is burnt, do not rub it with hard objects, as it may damage the surface and cause corrosion. Please soak it fully with water or hot water, and then wipe it carefully with a sponge containing neutral detergent.
After use:
● Please wait until the pot cools down, wash it with warm water and neutral detergent or rinse the back of the pot with cold water, then turn it over and wash the front side. Do not directly rinse the hot pot with cold water to avoid deformation of the pot.
● Please use a sponge, soft cloth or kitchen towel to clean and wipe. Do not use any rough material or hard brush such as vegetable cloth or metal wire for cleaning, so as not to affect the convenience of future use.
Other notes:
1. Do not use in microwave ovens, hotplates, dishwashers or ovens.
2. Please do not press or drop it heavily to avoid damage to the product.
3. Please clean it thoroughly after use and place it in a dry environment to extend its service life. Do not put food into the product for storage. Please move it to other containers, otherwise the coating or body may be damaged.
4. It is normal for the handle to become loose after long-term use. Just tighten it again.
5. Please be careful not to let children get close to the cooking pot to avoid danger.
6. Product size and weight are measured manually, and the error is within a reasonable range of 0.2-0.5CM.
7. Smaller products may be light weight and unstable, please do not place them on the stove when empty. When placing more than 300g of cooking food, please hold the handle while cooking.
8. Handles may deteriorate from use, causing discoloration, blistering, cracking and burning. Falling off may cause burns and other accidents, so please do not use it if swelling, cracks, or burns occur.
9. When using a cassette stove, be careful not to cover the gas container lid with a pan. Cartridge cylinders may explode due to overheating.
10. Do not use the product if it is deformed or damaged. In addition, please do not use it after repairing or modifying it yourself. Accidents may occur.
11. Please note that if you add large amounts of water to hot oil, you may get oil splashes that could cause burns. Do not use it with water or the like filled to the edge.
12. Do not put the entire surface including the handle into water and clean it. Depending on the structure of the handle, it may cause internal water accumulation and corrosion of screws and other parts. When reheating, the handle may become hot, causing burns and other accidents. If there is a drainage hole at the bottom of the handle, please clean it and remove the water inside. If the drain hole is clogged with dirt, pierce it with a sharp object.
13. When cooking with oil such as stir-frying, do not increase the oil temperature above 200C. The non-stick coating will begin to age when it exceeds the heat-resistant temperature (approximately 260C). Please use medium or lower heat.
14. The following sizes of this pan are not allowed for frying: frying pans, omelets, deep pots under 20cm and deep pans.
15. This pan can be used for frying: deep frying pans, deep pans over 21cm, and woks.
16. Please avoid using it when the edges are covered with oil. It may be scratched by the oil. Please control the amount of oil to about half of the depth.
17. Do not close the lid when cooking fried food, otherwise it may cause the oil temperature to rise abnormally and catch fire.
18. Please do not cook fried food with cookers other than gas stoves (GAS), as there is a risk of fire, burns and other accidents.
19. Avoid using acidic substances like vinegar and alkaline substances like baking soda to remove lye. If used, it may cause discoloration or corrosion, so wash with a mild detergent immediately after cooking.
20. The outside of this pot is smooth and non-scratch. Slight scratches after use are normal and will not affect its functionality.
21. If the product comes with a pot lid, there will be a slight deviation in the tightness since the lid and the pot are not made in the same mold or in the same factory.
◆ When used with induction cooker (IH cooking heater)
*Please follow the operating instructions of the induction cooker you are using for correct use.
*Depending on the model of the induction cooker, it may not operate properly.
*If the bottom surface peels off due to falling or other reasons, the Stainless Steel plate may be scratched and damaged. Please do not use it if peeling occurs.
*Please control the fire power below "medium heat" before use. Especially electromagnetic cooking appliances above 3kW have very large heating power. If the maximum firepower is used, it will easily cause damage such as deformation, dissolution, and peeling of the body.
*When heated with a small amount of oil, the temperature will rise rapidly and may reach an extremely dangerous fire point in a short period of time. When cooking, please prepare the cooking ingredients first, then heat them up and start cooking. After lighting the fire, please adjust the heat to below "medium heat". Please make sure not to cook in an empty position or dry.
*When the product is on the heating platform (induction cooker), please do not shake, shake or press the product. Friction with the bottom of the main body can easily cause scratches on the surface of the heating panel or aluminum powder falling off, resulting in stains. When spooning or frying, please keep a distance from the heating platform (induction cooker).
*During the cooking process, you may hear vibration sounds such as (squeaking ---, chirping---), but this is not a malfunction or abnormality. Please change the position of the main body or adjust the firepower.
*Depending on the model of the electromagnetic cooking heater, the specifications and sizes of the cooking utensils that can be used are also different. Please refer to the instruction manual of the electromagnetic cooking utensil to identify the cooking utensils that can be used.
