◆ If informed of cancellation 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
◆ If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
◆ No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given.
◆ If the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
◆ It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, you can transfer your place. However, please be sure to provide the agent with the name and contact information of the participant.
◆ If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
