Legend has it that the famous "Heart of the Ocean" from the Titanic shipwreck was a tanzanite. It was named tanzanite because its deep blue and violet hues, reminiscent of the Tanzanian twilight sky, exhibit strong pleochroism. Among all natural minerals, only tanzanite possesses this color. Natural tanzanite may also contain brown or green tones. It is said that tanzanite corresponds to the heart chakra, stimulating fighting spirit, enhancing intuition, inspiring creativity, and alleviating mental tension and stress, thereby assisting in finding one's soul's direction. ∆ Gemstone crystals possess subtle energy fields.
