Use a soft tape measure or a thin string to wrap around your wrist, measuring the circumference. The measurement should be "neither too loose nor too tight, just fitting snugly." Finally, choose the closest whole number wrist size. We will use this to craft your bracelet, ensuring a comfortable fit that allows for slight rotation. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, e.g., 14.5cm, you can choose 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit yet still rotatable, while 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If an adjustment is needed due to measurement error, please note the following: Within seven days: After receiving the bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. There is no charge for this service. Between seven and fourteen days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing it for over 7 days, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Over fourteen days: Please utilize the restringing service indicated on your warranty card, or opt for a paid service of $100 for restringing and any modifications.
