Provide your name, booking date, and preferred session. Request the color chart for material preparation.
*To ensure a quality learning environment, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for the entire duration to provide assistance; no additional fee for co-creation.)
*To maintain the flow and quality of instruction for all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please be punctual. For the benefit of other participants, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
*Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Lidded beverages are permitted, but please be mindful of spills.
*Class sessions will be recorded for marketing materials on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site so we can avoid capturing your image. Your participation without such notification signifies your consent to the use of your likeness and works in images and videos by Dottie Studio.
*The studio operates on an appointment basis. Bookings are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, with no same-day rescheduling. The following circumstances allow for one rescheduling or transfer of booking within two months:
1. Weather conditions: Government-mandated closures or cancellations in the local area.
2. Unforeseen events: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness: (As detailed above, subject to the 10-minute policy).
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
