Fee includes: Materials (925 Sterling Silver), plating fee, course fee, use of metalworking tools, and studio space.
Experience Duration: Approximately 2 hours, varying based on selected design and on-site conditions.

2. Size measurement.
3. Begin crafting with sterling silver using sawing and filing techniques.

. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details upon arrival.
. Materials provided for the handmade experience are for individual creation and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days prior to the event. Changes are limited to one instance. Any price difference will be settled accordingly.
. Cancellations after a date change are subject to a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to join this activity.
Handmade experiences involve basic crafting by the participant.
Optional add-on customization will be handled by a professional metalworker after the class. Your piece will not be available for immediate pickup on the same day.
Production time is approximately 20–30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will be notified upon completion for pickup or shipping arrangements.
